Acceptable But Disappointing Room

mismatched room inadequate equipment

The location was acceptable being in a busy area.

The room did not match the photos I saw online. The kitchenette lacked proper equipment. There was only one saucepan. This made preparing even basic meals impossible and I found that very frustrating.

two floors sleeping couch friendly staff

the room had two floors. there was a bed upstairs and a sleeping couch downstairs. i found it very well isolated against the street. the staff are friendly.

the location is not very indicated inside the building's courtyard.

lots of places provide food and drink within minutes away. i did see a huge open food court at piazza dante. it seemed packed every night.

this hotel gives a great location to the historic center. the metro is close. spaccanapoli is also conveniently nearby. i could walk to via toledo easily.

the hotel building looks historical. i appreciated that it was remodeled well. an ironing board was available and i think this a great addition. they gave good service.
